COVID-19 ENHANCED SAFETY PROTOCOLS

-Only one client permitted in the studio at a time, please arrive solo

-Please wait in your car for your appointment time. Text 213-534-6696 when you arrive and we will give you the OK to enter and greet you at the door. Make sure you have on your favorite mask as they will be required for all.

-Please review sign our waiver prior to your arrival

-Your temperature will be taken when you arrive and we will have a plastic bin for you to store any personal belongings

-We will no longer provide blankets during services. Feel free to bring something cozy if you tend to get chilly!

-If you are feeling sick, have a fever or cough, or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19 please reschedule your appointment! We will be lenient with rescheduling but do ask that you give us as much notice as possible.

-We will have limited retail on hand in the studio so feel free to make any retail purchases via our online store prior to your appointment and we will have it ready for you!

GENERAL POLICIES

CANCELLATION: Bunny’s requires a credit card on file to book any appointment. Any cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or your card will be charged 50% of the service fee. A No call/no show will be charged the full service fee.

LATE: In the event you are running late we will always do our best to accommodate you but your appointment will still end at the scheduled time and you will still be required to pay the full service fee.

WAIVERS: To ensure that clients are always aware of the contraindications associated with the services offered at Bunny’s all clients must sign our waiver before every appointment in order to receive the service.

REFUND: While we do not offer any refunds on services or retail, Bunny’s guarantees our work 100%. If for any reason you are not satisfied please reach out immediately and we will be more than happy to accommodate a service adjustment within 7 days of your initial appointment. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued in the event of allergic reactions. Refer to our FAQS for more information about lash extensions + allergic reactions.

FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED: credit cards + cash; we apologize but Bunny’s is unable to accept checks

CHILDREN + PETS: Unfortunately, due to the limited space at Bunny’s as well as the nature of the services being provided we are unable to accommodate children or pets during your appointment so please make arrangements for their care beforehand.

SERVICES FOR MINORS: While Bunny’s is more than happy to accommodate clients under the age of 18 we do have a few restrictions: Bunny’s is unable to provide services for guests under the age of 11. Any client under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian who must also sign the waiver. We limit the services offered to minors as such: brow services, makeup services. Lash lifts may be offered at the guardian’s discretion. We apologize but Bunny’s does not offer lash extensions to guests under the age of 18.

OUTSIDE FILLS: If you already have lash extensions and are coming to Bunny’s from a different lash artist, please book a free 15 minute consultation with us prior to booking a lash appointment in order to ensure that we are working with previous extensions that have been properly applied.

 

COSMETIC TATTOO APPOINTMENT POLICIES:

-A non-refundable non-transferable $150 deposit is required for all cosmetic tattoo appointments at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited towards your total service cost. If the deposit is not paid we will release the appointment.

-We kindly ask that canceling or rescheduling your cosmetic tattoo appointment be done 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your deposit. A no call no show will also result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

-Out of courtesy for both the artist as well as the rest of our clients if you arrive 15 minutes late or more to your appointment your appointment will be rescheduled and you will lose your deposit.

-Any one under the age of 18 is not permitted in the treatment room.

-We reserve the right to refuse service to any one.

-If you arrive to your appointment with previous cosmetic tattoos that have not been pre-approved by Bunny’s to be worked on we will be unable to accommodate you and you will lose your deposit.

-The perfecting session price only applies within the prescribed time frame from your initial appointment and only if your initial appointment was with Bunny’s. Anything beyond those parameters is subject to a different price point.

-Please be aware that additional touch-ups may be necessary in order to achieve the desired end results as there are so many unpredictable variables that can affect the process of healing microblading. While our results are beautiful and our clients are thrilled with their new brows we cannot promise that Microblading will completely replace your makeup routine or that your ideal result will be achieved in just two sessions. We also can not make any guarantees on how long microblading will last for you and keep in mind that it is a procedure that is intended to be semi-permanent.
