Once your appointment request as been received by Bunny’s you will be emailed an invoice for your deposit. The invoice is easily payable online through various payment methods. Once payment has been received your appointment request will be approved. Please pay invoices in a timely manner to ensure your requested appointment slot.

Yes! If you don’t see a date you’re looking for within the 30 window, add your name to the waiting list on our booking site. If space becomes available for your desired service and time we will reach out and book you.

Bunny’s asks that any cancellations or rescheduled appointments be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or your card will be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment will be charged 100% service fee.

A No call/no show will be charged the full service fee and will not be able to book in the future.

A lash lift is a chemical treatment to lift and curl your natural lashes (yes, a little lash perm!)

After a detailed analysis of your lashes and lash goals, your lashes will be cleansed & ph balanced then fitted to a silicone curling shield with a water based adhesive. The Bunny’s lash lift process has 4 steps; lift, set, lash regenerating treatment mask, lash tint, and finally a nourishing conditioning treatment. At the completion of the service your lashes will be lifted and set for up to 8 weeks! And Bunny’s lash lifts are waterproof so no need to worry about not getting your lashes wet.

Your lash lift will last approximately 6 – 8 weeks depending on your natural lash growth cycle.

Bunny’s lash lifts do not require any special maintenance at all!

Bunny’s lash lifts are waterproof so there is no need to worry about not getting your lashes wet. At the end of your service your lashes will be coated in a nourishing ceramide lash conditioner. Optimally you would allow this conditioner to remain on the lashes for at least 4 hours or even longer but the lash lift will not be ruined if your lashes get wet or washed.

No, a lash lift will not damage your natural lashes. At Bunny’s we only use the highest quality products on the market. Each lash lift includes a bonus lash regenerating treatment- this is a deep penetrating lash mask-  that provides protein, nourishment, and protection against over-processing. We do this step in addition to the standard conditioning treatment at the end of the service.

We also used advanced techniques for calculating lash processing time for each individual client which drastically reduces the chances of over or under processing lashes. Healthy beautiful lashes are our goal

A lash lift is a great low-maintenance option for those looking to enhance their natural lashes without the need for extensions or false lashes.

Lash lift is suitable for all lash lengths and eye shapes -though it should be noted that some anatomical circumstances are more challenging than others

The lash lift service is actually very mellow but there are a few things to consider.

The service requires clients to have their eyes gently closed for approximately one hour while we work on top of your eyelid. If this makes you anxious or uncomfortable in any way, lash lift may not be your favorite service.

If your eyes are extremely sensitive to light, fumes, or are extremely watery, lash lift may not be for you.

Sometimes pregnancy hormones can affect the outcome or duration of your lash lift and for this reason we caution expectant parents. Lash lifts are not harmful to pregnant or nursing parents but it’s always best to defer to your health professional if you’re unsure.

Brow Flip is often known as brow lamination. This gentle chemical treatment helps redirect brow hairs from the root giving the appearance of a more full, fluffy brow shape.

The Bunny’s Brow Flip is a multi step process. First brows are cleansed and ph balanced. Then brow hairs are combed into their desired shape and Step 1 is applied. After Step 1 is processed brows are coated in a deeply penetrating regenerative hair mask to protect against damage or over processing. Then Step 2 is applied and processed. An optional brow tint happens next followed by a nourishing conditioning treatment. Bunny’s Brow Flip is waterproof so you don’t need to worry about avoiding water after your flip!

Brows are then shaped and styled. Results last approx 6 weeks depending on your brow’s natural growth cycle.

Brow Flip is a very low maintenance service. For best results we highly recommend keeping the nourishing conditioner on your brows for as long as possible and applying the provided nourishing serum or castor oil to the brows daily to keep hair happy. Style as desired.

Brow Flip is excellent for anyone looking for a fuller, fluffier brow! Brow Flip is wonderful for masking sparse areas in the brow and giving the look of a more perfect shape.  Also pairs very well with microblading.

The Baby Brow Flip is an express partial brow flip service in which the first ⅓ of your brow receives brow flip treatment. This is meant to fluff the front portion of your brow for easy styling while leaving the back all natural. It’s a great way to try the trend or as a maintenance service between brow flip appointments. The service includes full brow tint, deep conditioning treatment & brow styling.

Microchanneling is a noninvasive procedure designed to stimulate your body’s own natural ability to generate collagen, elastin, and other building blocks of healthy skin. With minimal physical discomfort, most clients are able to do the procedure without numbing cream and without any noticeable pain. There is no lingering discomfort, and we have a number of strategies we employ to minimize discomfort during treatment. Post-procedure, most people report a “tight” feeling in their skin.

As ProCell microchanneling treatments are minimally invasive, they are also safe for all skin types. Whether you are fair-skinned or dark, and even if you experience chronic breakouts, properly conducted microchanneling treatments will not result in hyperpigmentation, keloid scars, or other lasting negative side effects.

ProCell’s Microchannel Delivery Serum contains bone marrow-derived growth factors in a hyaluronic acid suspension. Both of these elements are naturally-occurring in the human body. Procell has only 90 minutes of downtime after the service. It is normal for treatments to result in some skin irritation, especially for clients with more sensitive skin. Always wait a minimum of 90 minutes before putting anything else on the skin. During this time it is normal for the skin to remain pink or light red. After the 90 minutes you can apply additional moisturizer or other products. Keep in mind however, that as your skin may be more sensitive than usual for several days after the treatment, especially strong topicals should be avoided until the skin returns to normal.

Microchanneling stimulates the body to release peptides, cytokines and growth factors that induce collagen production. If you have any underlying condition that significantly impairs your immune system, it is a good idea to avoid microchanneling. Examples include but are not limited to active radiation or chemotherapy, uncontrolled diabetes, chronic inflammatory skin disease, Accutane in the past 2 years, hemophilia or similar bleeding disorder. Also anyone with stainless steel allergies should not do this treatment. We also discourage treatments for those who are pregnant or nursing.

Cosmetic tattooing utilizes gentler tattoo techniques that are specifically designed for the delicate skin of the face. Pigment is implanted much more superficially giving a much softer and more natural looking appearance than traditional body tattoos.

While everyone has a different threshold of pain and responds to numbing agents differently we do our best to keep you as comfortable as possible throughout the process with both a highly effective anesthetic cream before the treatment as well as a secondary numbing gel during the procedure. Many clients find the discomfort minimal.

Please be advised that the numbing creams we use contain both lidocaine and epinephrine so if you have an allergy to these ingredients please let us know.

If you are a frequent smoker, currently on your menstrual cycle, consumed caffeine prior to your appointment or have Fibromyalgia you may be more sensitive during the procedure.

Perfecting sessions are highly encouraged as brows aren’t considered complete until after at least two sessions. Cosmetic tattoos are created in layers with healing time in between. This allows us to see how your skin reacts and helps us create the most natural-looking result thus we have a much more polished look at the end of our second session.

Previously tattooed brows can only be re-worked once they have faded significantly. Previously tattooed brows must be pre-approved and are accepted on a case by case basis. Please email a photo of your brows to [email protected] before booking.

Certain skin types are more receptive to microblading than others: drier skin types will retain more pigment and crisper hair strokes whereas oilier skin types will heal more diffused and blurry. A combination of blading and shading may be a better option for you if your skin is on the oily side.

• High blood pressure or low blood pressure
• Cancer/chemotherapy in the last 6 months
• Prone to keloid scarring
• Anemia (must be taking iron supplements 6 weeks prior to procedure and 6 weeks post procedure)
